Mixed Certifications for The Training Teams First aid courses are designed with our clients in mind, we understand not all staff require the same degree of training or certifications due to various factors such as new or old staff, variance in role responsibilities or existing certifications, etc. The Mixed Certifications for the callout option enable companies to train all staff onsite with the specific first aid certifications they require. Do note, pre-learning still applies to all sessions and must be completed by attendees prior to the onsite date as well as bringing valid photographic identification alternatively pre learning can be conducted in person.

NZQA-certified instructors are available to aid in queries participants may have related to their course, guiding participants in practising first aid management skills. This course can also be adapted to onsite specific scenarios tailored to your workplace.
As with all NZQA standards, credits themselves earned from this course do not expire, however the WorkSafe certifications required for certain working conditions do and require renewal via repeating the course within 2 years of completing a respective First Aid course.
To gain the certifications/credits offered, there is an assessment completed during the training session assessing participant knowledge against NZQA unit standards 6401, 6402 (level 1) and 6400 (level 2 only). Assessors must confirm the participants’ ability to demonstrate the correct incident response from a first aid context. The assessments are accounted for within the day’s session.
